Maison Ree offers Maison Ree-branded products as well as select curated products that may be sourced or fulfilled by third-party partners.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, ingredients, scent descriptions, and other information as accurately as possible.
However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, or other factors.
Fragrance is subjective. Scent descriptions and fragrance notes are provided to help guide your selection but cannot guarantee how a fragrance will be perceived by every individual.
3. Personal-Care Products
Maison Ree dusting powders and other personal-care products are intended for external use only and should be used according to the directions and warnings provided with the product.
Individual experiences may vary.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and ingredient information before use, particularly if they have known sensitivities or allergies.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Maison Ree products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided on our

4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, promotional, or other errors on our website.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected portion of the order when appropriate.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Maison Ree reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded when appropriate.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Maison Ree Customer Care as soon as possible.
Orders may enter preparation or fulfillment shortly after being placed. As a result, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Maison Ree-branded dusting powders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, while select curated and partner-fulfilled products may require approximately 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Processing times are separate from carrier transit times.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Certain products, particularly personal-care and hygiene-sensitive products, are final sale.
Eligibility for returns, refunds, replacements, or store credit varies depending on the product and circumstances.
Damage, incorrect items, or qualifying missing-item claims must be reported within the timeframe specified in our policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
9. Curated & Partner-Fulfilled Products

- Processing and delivery times may differ.
- Packaging may vary.
- Return instructions may vary by product.
- Inventory may change without notice.
Maison Ree remains your point of contact for customer-care questions regarding purchases made directly through our website.
Customers should contact Maison Ree before attempting to return a partner-fulfilled product.

Products and quantities may be limited and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify collections, or cancel an order when inventory becomes unavailable.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or single-use restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined.
Maison Ree reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions and to reject promotional use that is fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the stated terms of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the Maison Ree name, branding, logos, product names, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, website content, written materials, packaging concepts, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Maison Ree.

Nothing on this website grants ownership of Maison Ree intellectual property to the user.

If you submit a product review, testimonial, photograph, comment, feedback, or other content to Maison Ree, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
