Cancellation policy

Certain Maison Ree products may occasionally be offered through special purchase options, such as subscriptions, pre-orders, or other recurring or deferred purchase arrangements.

Cancellation terms, billing frequency, renewal details, and any applicable deadlines will be clearly disclosed before checkout for products offered under a purchase option.

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases
Where subscriptions are offered, customers may cancel future recurring orders in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with their subscription. Cancellation applies to future orders and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Pre-Orders & Deferred Purchases
Cancellation eligibility for pre-orders or other deferred purchases will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.

Refunds
Cancellations and refunds remain subject to the Maison Ree Refund & Return Policy and any specific terms disclosed for the applicable purchase option.
