At Maison Ree, we take care in preparing every order and want you to know what to expect from purchase to delivery.
Processing Times
Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it ships and is separate from carrier transit time.
Maison Ree Dusting Powders
Maison Ree dusting powders are typically prepared and processed within 1–3 business days.
Curated & Partner-Fulfilled Items
Select products are fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partners. These items may require approximately 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.
During launches, promotions, holidays, periods of high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer than usual.
Orders With Multiple Products
Maison Ree offers both products fulfilled directly by us and products fulfilled through select partners.
If your order contains products from different fulfillment locations, your items may:
- Ship separately
- Arrive on different dates
- Have separate tracking numbers
Receiving only part of your order does not necessarily mean an item is missing. Please review all tracking information associated with your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time begins after processing is complete.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the applicable carrier and are not guaranteed by Maison Ree. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout.
Please allow time for carrier tracking systems to update after a shipping label is created. The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already received or scanned the package.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any applicable apartment, suite, or unit number.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact Maison Ree as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Maison Ree is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check around the delivery location
- Check with other household members
- Check with neighbors, a front desk, leasing office, or mailroom when applicable
- Allow a short period of time in case the carrier has marked the package delivered before completing delivery
If the package still cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number to begin a missing-package inquiry.
You may also contact Maison Ree Customer Care, and we will provide any order or tracking information available to assist with the inquiry.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Maison Ree’s control.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available tracking information; however, carrier investigations and delivery determinations may be subject to the carrier’s own policies and procedures.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Orders should be inspected promptly upon delivery.
Damage present upon arrival, incorrect items, or items believed to be missing after all associated shipments have been delivered must be reported to Maison Ree within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery.
